Privacy Policy
This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how NeverMissed, Inc. (the “Company”) treats users’ personal information.  It describes the information collected, and how it is used.  By using our mobile application (the “App”) and any other services provided by the Company, you accept the Policy.
1. The information we collect
The company may collect information you provide about personal attributes, the personal attributes of others that you enter, location, your device’s identification information, your device’s technical information (such as browser, operating system, and IP address), messages, your first name, and information we obtain from Facebook (such as the profile picture).
2. How we use the information
The Company may use the information it collects to allow messaging between users, facilitate matching users, respond to comments and questions to provide customer service, monitor usage of the App, investigate violations of this Policy or the Terms and Conditions of Use, and optimize the App and any other services the Company may provide.
3. Sharing information
We collect your information to provide service to you, and we will not share your information with any other party for commercial purposes without your consent, except for, (1) providing information to trusted third parties who assist us in operating the app, conducting our business, or servicing you, or (2) transferring your information to another company in connection with a merger, corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of any or all of our assets.  We may share your information with other parties without your notice and consent in response to a legal request, to investigate or report illegal activity, or to enforce our rights or defend claims.  
4. Security
The Company has security protocols in place; however, the Company cannot guarantee the security of the information you provide through the App.  To that end, the Company retains very little information.  But be aware that unauthorized access, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of your personal information at any time.
5. Age policy
We do not allow persons under 18 years of age to use the App, and we do not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of 18.  If you are a parent or legal guardian of someone under 18 who is using the App, you may contact the Company at admin@nmtheapp.com, and we will delete the information from our files.
6. Geographic location
The App is intended only for users within the United States. Accordingly, this Policy is intended to cover the collection of information by the App from residents of the United States. As a result, United States federal and state governments, courts, or law enforcement or regulatory agencies may be able to obtain disclosure of your information through laws applicable in the United States. If you are using the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. By using the App, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to our facilities and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Policy.
7. Amendments
We may update this Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. When we post changes to this Policy, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Policy. We recommend that you check our website from time to time to inform yourself of any changes in this Policy or any of our other policies.
